Whether you join private or semi-private sessions with fellow players in your age group, you'll be sure to accelerate your skills and performance through our expert coaching, and innovative machines.

Our approach is built around the philosophy of deliberate practice - intense repetition combined with expert feedback. You can expect:

1 hour (Private) or 1.5 hour (Semi-Private) session of training, with breaks as the coach deems appropriate
Activation exercises
Guidance from one of our expert coaches
Access to our machines and equipment

Note: We operate on a 'NO STUDS' policy for shoes. Please ensure you arrive with the appropriate footwear.

GROUP CLASSES.

ESA Hong Kong's group classes offers players an enhanced training experience with world-class training equipment.

Our programme takes players through several training exercises to help our coaches isolate the attributes each individual needs to develop and improve them through deliberate practice.

With ESA HK , players can access a huge range of professionally designed training modes, all backed by advanced analytics so players can be benchmarked, and developments tracked over time.

Additionally we believe that what we teach players should not be limited to the game of football. We see the importance of learning certain attributes as a young developing player that can be taught through football and transferred to real life in what we refer to as ‘life skills.’ Through our coaching we will look to hone in on improving their technical attributes with the added value of incorporating what we believe are beneficial ‘life skills.’

1:4 coach to player ratio (max 12 players)

PRIVATE SESSIONS.

ESA Hong Kong's Private Sessions begins with an initial player assessment where players will be taken through a number drills and exercises to help the coach identify where the qualities and areas for a players improvement lie. From the initial assessment a programme will be built as we start to take player through our Player Pathway to develop all of their footballing attributes.

With our enhanced training experience with world-class training equipment we can look to develop and improve player abilities by leading them through high repetition deliberate practice.

With ESA HK , players can access a huge range of professionally designed training modes, all backed by advanced analytics so players can be benchmarked, and developments tracked over time.
