We have several options available for adults. More details on each session type below. Each will include:

• Training with breaks as the coach deem appropriate

• Activation exercises

• Guidance from one of our expert coaches

• Access to our machines and equipment

• Track your progress in our Data-Hub app, with your own profile

Note: We operate on a 'NO STUDS' policy for shoes. Please ensure you arrive with the appropriate footwear.

Sessions, PLANS & pricing

• Private

  • Per Class $1,000

  • 5-Sessions Pack $4,500

• Semi Private (Player to Coach ratio of 4:1)

  • Semi-Private Class $500 (per class spot)

  • 10 Semi-Private Sessions Pack $4,500 (You can use x2 Semi-Private Sessions for 1 Private Session)

• Football HIIT: High-intensity circuit training with a combination of strength, conditioning and technical football training.

  • 1-Session $300 (per class spot)

  • 5-Sessions Pack $1,125

• Social Fitness: Casual circuit training with 3v3 games and refreshments

  • 1-Session $150 (per class spot)
