KCC Youth Programme
Welcome to the home of the Kowloon Cricket Club (KCC) Youth Football programme Powered by Elite Skills Arena Hong Kong (ESA HK). Here you will find all your needs and information for the KCC Mini's, KCC Youth Academy & KCC Elite Youth Football.
ESA HK brings in our experienced coaches and our advanced training technology to the KCC partnership to further evolve the Youth Football Program. Along with the development of all the youth teams we look to also focus on individual player development to ensure every player gets the best out their player journey.
KCC Youth Academy Program
KCC MINI Sport (2-5 Years Old)
Our Mini's programme offers introductory lessons for young children focusing on basic movements in a fun and engaging environment in football and basketball.
The Youth Academy Programme allows players to start preparing for competition as they develop their technical ability and game understanding through training sessions from a 5v5 format into a 9v9 game.
The Elite Youth Football Programme focuses on the 11-a-side format as players now work on tactical development as they compete at the highest level of youth football in Hong Kong
KCC Youth Development Pathway

The KCC Youth Football pathway allows players to improve at the appropriate rate, taking into consideration that individuals develop differently physically, mentally and technically. Players will be able to find their appropriate level and progress in an environment that is both challenging but enjoyable without prioritising immediate results over long term development.

Aspects of the game will be introduced at the various age groups, ensuring learning at the appropriate time frame. This ensures that players are not overwhelmed with their football development. Outstanding players can be moved up or their training adjusted to ensure that the players are progressing to the best of their abilities.
KCC Player Profile

The focus of the programme is not restricted to just the traditional measurable football aspects, but the player as a whole, with the individuals who come out the programme being well rounded to be able to apply their experience from the academy not only in football but beyond the game
